Jessica is a researcher, serial entrepreneur, and educator. Her work explores how intelligence is taught, shared, and shaped — especially as generative AI reshapes what it means to learn, mentor, and build expertise. She loves taking deep dives into new topics and sharing what she learns with anyone who will listen.
When she's not recording, you can find her reading a book, rescuing a cat, gardening, or going on an adventure.
Kimberly is a linguist in the wild. She left academia to start a consulting business (which turned into a tech company). When that business closed, she decided to try something totally new and now works in nonprofit marketing. Her specialty is making complex information make sense. With a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics & Technology, she his able to use her communication skills in diverse (and sometimes unexpected) settings.
She enjoys practicing yoga, gardening, reading about sci-fi and spirituality, and hiking with her two mini poodles, George & Holly.
Devon Cantwell-Chavez (she/her/hers) has a Ph.D in Political Studies from the University of Ottawa. She is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Copenhagen.
Devon’s research focuses on urban climate governance norms and the impacts of urban climate governance norms on residents. Her current book project (in preparation) focuses on the emergence of norm leadership and entrepreneurs in the areas of green spaces, climate action plans (CAPs), and mobility across four global mega-cities: Ho Chi Minh City, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, and Seoul.
She was a 2021-2022 Fulbright Research Fellow to Vietnam studying city climate change mitigation and adaptation in Vietnam. She was also a co-PI on the project “ROK-US Collaboration on Environmental Policy,” funded by the Korea Foundation.

Dr Julia Stamm s the founder and CEO of She Shapes AI, a global catalyst for responsible AI innovation. A sociologist by training, she holds a PhD in philosophy and has built four organisations from the ground up. Her career spans the European Commission, the G20, non-profit leadership, and entrepreneurship. She works at the intersection of technology, governance and impact, and advises executives and organisations on human-centred leadership for the AI age. Julia is a Fellow of the Centre for Digital Governance at the Hertie School, Berlin, and of the Royal Society of the Arts, London. She is a Founding Committee member of the AI in Media Institute, London, and a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences. Her TEDx talk, Beyond the Certainty Trap, was praised as deserving to be "streamed on every square in Silicon Valley."
Dr. Juliana Peloche is a Senior Curriculum Designer at Edith Cowan University, overseeing curriculum development for the School of Engineering. She brings a rare combination of technical curriculum expertise and educational innovation via a fundamentally programmatic approach to curriculum design, focused on coherence, alignment, and intentional design across programmes rather than individual units. Juliana work at the intersection of AI and education, supporting faculty and staff in developing AI literacy and adapting to emerging technologies in academic contexts. Her research background in stakeholder perceptions of AI positions her to design curricula that are both forward-looking and grounded in practice. Originally from Brazil, Juliana's teaching experience across three continents, including time in Chile and Australia, shapes a distinctly global perspective that informs her approach to curriculum design and educational transformation.
Dr. Michelle Morkert is a Fulbright Scholar and PhD in gender studies who has spent over 20 years researching women’s leadership around the world. She studies the systems, rules, and frameworks that shape how women work, lead, and live. She calls it the patriarchy’s playbook.
As a professional speaker based in Chicago, Dr. Michelle brings this framework to women in government, business, nonprofits, and NGOs throughout North America and Europe. Everywhere women work, the playbook is operating. Her work helps women see it, name it, and lead anyway.
Nikki is an Australian tech founder, strategist, and advocate for women in AI, working at the intersection of technology, human capability, and digital transformation. As Founder & CEO of CREDuED, she leads programs in AI literacy, data literacy, organisational development, and digital capability uplift.
She is also the creator of DocuCRED.Ai, a RegTech tool that helps organisations quickly assess compliance, governance, and quality assurance. As cofounder of Women in AI Australia Ltd, Nikki champions greater leadership, participation, and visibility for women and girls in AI.
